HP53131A repair method
Selftest in Utility menu with Print-out ON.
QSPI has Fail. It is Serial Hardware control Loops.
Message from Printer is "Trigger DAC Fail"

Trigger DAC loop has Problem.
CH2 Trigger DAC do not response.

|
U46 AD7243 is making trigger voltage.
U46 Pin14 output not stable level.
|
|
Need check Input/Output Signal on U46.
Pin11 is SDoutput . It is low level. 1.5V P-P
|

Remove it !!
U46 is SOP 16pin. Pick up one side then hot gun.
Then other side. Repeat it. Do not pull strongly avoid pattern crack. |

New IC set same position.
Solder by hot gun pushing top surface IC.
Resin is usefull for solder soak. |

Self Test Again
ReCalibration is needed on CAL menu. |
